Project Structure

The Project Steering Committee is chaired by the Coordinator and consists of one representative from each partner. PSC is the supervisory body for the execution of the project and the ultimate decision-making body of the Consortium. The Coordinator (FRAUNHOFER IGB) is the legal entity acting as the intermediary between the parties and the European Commission and shall in addition to its responsibilities as a party, perform the tasks assigned to it as described in the EC-GA and the Consortium Agreement. The S&T; Manager (EUT) shall be responsible for the proper scientific execution and implementation of the decisions of the Management Committee and shall monitor the effective and efficient scientific day by day process of the project. (Technical Committee) Work package Leaders are responsible for coordinating, steering, managing and monitoring the research tasks and in particular the work within the work packages with respect to deliverables, timing and resources according to the overall project objectives and responsible for the proper execution and implementation of the decisions of the Project Steering Committee. Exploitation Manager (KIM SLU) is responsible for developing and implementing an effective knowledge management strategy for the exploitation of the Foreground, the coordination of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for foreground and for planning the (post-project) use of Foreground and shall execute the decisions of the Management Committee.
